Class Instructions (5–10 minutes):

Technical instruction bridges the gap between knowledge and application, enabling judokas to progress effectively in their practice.

1. Builds Proper Technique: It ensures judokas learn the correct form and mechanics of throws, holds, and transitions, minimizing the risk of injury and maximizing efficiency.

2. Lays the Foundation for Growth: Mastery of fundamental techniques is the building block for advanced skills and strategic application in sparring or competition.
